The responsibilities include:

1. Maintains accounts and records, makes appointments, and gives a warm greeting to patients.
2. Greets clients and guests in person or over the phone, and responds to or refers questions.
3. By making appointments over the phone or in person, it is possible to maximize patient happiness, physician time, and treatment room use.
4. Reminds providers of service delays, checks that services are being provided according to the schedule, and notifies patients of their arrival in order to maintain patient appointments on time.
5. Eases patients' concerns by anticipating their worries, responding to their inquiries, and keeping the reception area clean.
6. By keeping and retrieving patient records, it guarantees that treatment information is available.
7. Collects, documents, and updates personal and financial data to maintain patient accounts.
8. Obtains income through patient charge recording and collection, patient credit control, financial information recording and updating, and the filing, collection, and prompt processing of third-party claims.
9. Maintains commercial office supplies and equipment by calculating stock levels, estimating supply needs, placing and completing orders quickly, confirming supply receipts, and arranging for equipment maintenance and repairs.
10. Responds to crises to assist people who are in pain.
11. Preserves the privacy of personal, financial, and medical information in order to protect patients' rights.
12. Maintains operations by adherence to rules and guidelines and timely reporting of any modifications.
13. Carries out relevant tasks as needed to support the team's work.
